Access Statement
Jesus said: "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you" (Matthew 7:7 NIV)
|
Here at Ivy Church Bristol we positively welcome disabled people and older people and we are keen to meet your access needs.
There is a car park beside the church close to the front entrance and there is level access to the main areas of the building, though not upstairs. A loop system is available for hearing aid users, and we have large print Bibles for general use. If you have any specific access requirements please let us know in advance and we will endeavour to meet them as far as is possible. There is also a wheelchair-accessible toilet facility on the ground level. |
Safeguarding Policy
Ivy Church Bristol has a safeguarding policy for children and adults at risk of harm. We are committed to supporting parents and families, and to the nurturing and safeguarding of children and young people. We recognise the personal dignity and rights of adults at risk of harm. We will follow the agreed procedures and statutory, denominational and specialist guidelines. You can discuss a concern about any aspect of child protection or the protection of adults at risk of harm with the safeguarding coordinator or deputy (details on notice board in the church foyer).
